With a turnover exceeding £100m and a team of 90 passionate professionals, this organisation is headquartered in modern offices near London Bridge, placing them at the heart of the capital's commercial hub.

As Design Director, you will take the helm of the design team, steering projects from initial concepts to final delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring the creative vision aligns with client expectations while maintaining the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional quality. You’ll oversee multiple high-value projects, mentor a talented team, and be the driving force behind design innovation.

• A proven leader with extensive experience in commercial office interiors.

• Expertise in managing design and build projects up to £20m in value.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong presentation skills.
